Booking and Payment
Payment can be made online or at the time of pickup. We accept major credit cards and other common payment methods. A deposit or ID may be required in some cases depending on the type of bike and rental duration.

Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel or modify your booking up to 24 hours before the rental start time without charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

Included Equipment
Every rental includes a helmet and lock. Some bikes also come with a basket or rear rack. Additional equipment like child seats or lights may be available on request.

Use of the Bike
Bikes must be used responsibly and in accordance with local traffic rules. Off-road use or racing is not permitted unless the bike is designed for that purpose.

Damage and Loss
The renter is responsible for the condition of the bike during the rental period. In case of damage, theft, or loss, charges may apply. Please inform us immediately if something happens.
