What is included in the rental?

All rentals include a helmet, lock, and a fully serviced bike. Some models also include a basket or bottle holder.

Do you offer delivery and pickup?

Yes, we can deliver the bike to your hotel, Airbnb, or a central meeting point. Just let us know during booking.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking up to 24 hours in advance at no cost.

What kind of bikes do you offer?

We have city bikes, mountain bikes, comfort cruisers, trekking bikes, and e-bikes — something for every rider and route.

What happens if the bike breaks down?

We provide on-road support. Just give us a call and we’ll assist you right away or bring you a replacement.
